Is the access to the website free?
Registration is entirely free and takes only a few instants. It gives access to free daily games.
I’m not over 18, can I register on the website?
You can register on the website on condition that you have your parents’ agreement.
I can’t manage to play the games.
Make sure that you use a recent version of browser as well as the Flash Player 8 version.
How does the grade system work?
For a presentation of the grade system, click on your avatar, or access “My account” section, then “My grade”.
Where can I find the winners list?
Just click on the “Winners” button accessible on the left part of every page of the website.
Where is the guestbook?

How to modify my personal data?
Just access the “My account” section, then “Change my personal data”. Your surname and your name cannot be changed because account transfers are NOT allowed.
How can I sign off?
Access the “My account” section, then “Signing off”.
Attention: This is irreversible.
How can I sponsor, obtain some sponsorees?
During your inscription, a square enables you to enter your sponsor.
If you wish to sponsor your friends, access the ”My account” section, then “Sponsorship”.
How to receive the newsletter/ not to receive it anymore?
During your inscription, you can choose if you want to receive or not news of the website by Email.
Anytime you can change your choice by accessing the “My account” section, then “Change my personal data”.
I’ve forgotten my user name and/or my password. How to get it back?
Just click the “retrieve your login” link below the identification square of the home page.
Your identifiers will be send back to your inscription Email.
Will my personal data be spread all over the Internet?
Yacado wants to limit all forms of advertising and direct mail to improve the comfort of the players.
Diffusion of players’ personal data is NOT envisaged.
Will my account be suspended if I don’t come on the website during several days?
No.
Your account will stay active whatever the time you don’t play.
Can we have only one postal address for several different accounts?
Yes, on condition that every account is specified with a name and that it corresponds to distinct and real person present at the specified address.
Therefore, each member of a family can register independently on the website (Email addresses must be different).
N.B.: Each player must play his own games. If a player accesses several accounts of his family, all the accounts could be deleted.
Why has my account been suppressed?
If your account is deleted for a reason you don’t know, send us a message via the “Contact” section.
Can I give money from my pool to another people?
No.
Accounts are personal and cannot be given, sold or exchanged.
3. The Games
Do I need to click on “Ok” to record my winnings?
No.
For security reasons and in order to prevent all losses of winnings in case of server errors, points are credited before the utilization of the “Ok” button.
What are the secret games and the quests of Yacado?
Those games reward the fidelity of the players. They can also be given after the achievement of a special quest.
Once unlocked, you obtain free daily games.
The Forum is the best place to get some informations about games and secret quests.
A specific topic is available at the top of the “Les Secrets de Yacado” section.
If I don’t play my games today, will I still have them tomorrow?
No.
Every day, new free games are offered, but the games not played are definitely lost.
However, stock games acquired by purchasing of codes are kept and have no time limit to be played.
How many points do I win in the various levels of The Quest of Yeng, The Lost Plushes, Yacado Quizz and Yacado Strikes Back?
Points for all the level games (therefore not the scratch tickets) are random and do NOT depend on the reached level.
You can win between 10 and 200 points, whatever your level.
Those points are not won if you don’t achieve the level.
If you complete the 20 levels of a flash game, you will win 500 extra points.
How can I win the jackpots (Phantom Jack and Yacado Jack)?
Those 2 jackpots can be won by playing the “Phantom Junk” game.
You must obtain a special combination of phantoms described by the help of the game.
Hit the jackpot is very random, so either you can win them with your first game, or never win them...
4. The Gifts
How much do the forwarding charges cost?
Yacado shoulders all forwarding charges.
How to see the follow-up of my orders?
Just access the “My account” section then “Follow-up of my orders”.
You will find a summary of your orders as well as a status showing the situation of your order (in preparation, sent).
How long until I receive my gift?
According to Yacado rules, gifts will be sent within 90 days.
However, the gifts are generally sent within 10 days from the moment you order on the website.
I’ve ordered a gift but I haven’t received it yet, what should I do?
20 days after your order, if you still don’t have received your gift, inform us via the “Contact” section of the website.
You will be informed in the next 48 hours about the status of your order.
I’ve not received the ordered gift but another one, what should I do?
Inform us via the “Contact” section of the website.
You will be able to send us back your gift in order to make an exchange.
I don’t live in France, can I play and receive gifts?
Yes, you can. You can also receive all gifts of the Yacado shop except if there is a contrary mention.
5. The Y-Codes
Which codes are valid on Yacado?
The compatible codes are Getpass (Rentabiliweb) and Y-Codes generated by Yacado (beginning by YC).
Getpass can be obtained by various ways of payment from France, Belgium, Switzerland and the French overseas departments and territories (and other countries with Paypal or by Credit Card).
Y-Codes can be obtained with your points in the Yacado Shop, or won on other partner websites.
Attention: Speedcodes cannot be used on Yacado.
How much does a code cost?
The reloads are optional and enable you to purchase additional games.
The average price of a reload is 1.50 £.
You can see all the possibilities of payment via the “Y-Codes” section of the website.
Do Y-Codes won thanks to sponsorship count for the Y-Card?
No, this Y-Card has been specially created to reward the purchase of reloads.
Therefore, reloads won by your sponsorees do NOT count for the Y-Card.
However, Y-Codes obtained in the shop or won on other websites are equivalent to a purchased code and count for the Y-Card.
Why doesn’t the price of the call correspond to the price showed by the website?
If you call from a mobile phone, the number will be surcharged by your telephone company.
Do you repay the codes or the connection fees?
As intended by the legislation in force in France, Yacado.com can take care of a part of the connection fees and reloads.
